At Zeidler Tool & Die, we offer from start to finish of full designs to complete tool builds to assist you in your custom die needs. Our Design and Engineering team are experienced in all types of tooling solutions which include progressive, transfer and complex line dies. Our designers have hands on knowledge of tooling through years of "on the floor" experience.
Zeidler Tool & Die Company uses state of the art design software that is geared to the Tool & Die industry. All of the designs are 100% detailed and engineered in full 3D using the latest Vero VISI software. This software is embedded with many unique functions, fully integrated wire-frame, surface and solid modeling, comprehensive 2-D, 3-D. Along with full seats of WorkNC cam software which are integrated with VISI design, offers additional speed on translations and time savings for the customer. We also offer incremental simulation to verify the tooling process at request.
